Proceeds can be collected even on holidays through our holiday banking centers or any Commercial Bank branches located at Arpico Super Centers, Keells Super outlets, Laugfs and few other selected supermarkets.
Even if you do not maintain an account with Commercial Bank, you can still receive inward remittances direct to your accounts with other Banks operating in Sri Lanka or can even receive remittances in your names which could be collected from any of our Branches , Supermarket Banking and Holiday Banking Centers.

Eligibility
Method of Remittances received as “Cash Pick Ups” :
Sender goes to one of Commercial Bank agents in the country and handover the cash and receives a receipt.
Sender calls/SMS the beneficiary and gives the reference number available on the receipt, which is required to collect the remittance in cash over our counters.
Beneficiary goes to the closest Commercial Bank branch, holiday banking center or supermarket outlet and collect money.
Method of Remittances received to Bank account :
Beneficiary can go to closest Commercial Bank ATM and withdraw money.
