People's Bank has been recognized yet again at the renowned Satynmag Women Friendly Workplace Awards 2024 marking a significant milestone in Sri Lanka's continued journey towards gender equality in the workplace. This is the fourth consecutive year where People’s Bank was honored as one of Sri Lanka’s top women-friendly workplaces at the Satynmag, AICPA & CIMA Women Friendly Workplace Awards which demonstrates the bank's persistent commitment to providing a friendly and inclusive environment for its female employees.

Since its start in 2021, the Satynmag Women Friendly Workplace Awards, powered by AICPA and CIMA, have recognized firms that excel at promoting gender equality.
