NDB Bank was recently felicitated with two “Best of the Best” overall awards, four gold awards, one silver and one bronze award in total at the SLIM NASCO Awards 2020/2021 under the theme “Warriors of the New Wave”.
Accordingly, the Bank’s Danushi Siwrathna was named the Outstanding Female Sales personnel of the year while Sakila Vilochana De Silva was named Outstanding Front-liner of the year - Best of the Best. The four Gold awards were won by Danushi Siwrathna, Kaluni Silva, Sakila Vilochana De Silva and Chammi Sonali Siriwardhana under the categories of Territory Manager, Sales Supervisor, Front Liner and Other Sales Support Staff (Non- Executive) respectively. Cheryl Barber was awarded Silver for Sales Executive while Niranjan Silva won the bronze for National Sales Manager.
NDB Senior Vice President Personal Banking and Customer Experience Sanjaya Perera said that these awards were a testimony to the professionalism and excellence seen within NDB’s sales staff. “I heartily congratulate all our winners for their respective achievements and for once again proving that NDB Bank instills the trust and confidence in our customers through professionalism and dedication,” he said, adding “These awards are a testament of the dedication, hard work, and commitment the NDB Sales Team has towards offering the best of services to the Bank’s valued customers, true to the Bank’s brand promise The Future is Banking on Us.”
