You should ideally;
- possess approx 6 – 8 years of overall experience including a minimum of 03 years experience in a related field
- possess a degree or a full professional qualification acceptable to the bank. A qualification in Civil Engineering will be a definite advantage
- possessing a relevant qualification in interior design, air conditioning and electrical systems will be an added advantage
- have exposure to air conditioning, electrical systems, interior finishes & civil construction
- possess project management and negotiation skills
You will be responsible for
- facilitating the head of department to formulate business proposals with space requirements
- proposing, planning and designing the layout according to the requirements given by the respective business unit/branch to implement and deliver projects
- keeping the DFCC buildings and DFCC branches free from defects which are in the nature of civil work, furniture and fittings
- keeping the building ready for emergency situations (fire, natural disaster and etc)
- initiating improvements and taking in-site decisions as and when they arise
