You should ideally
- possess overall 8 years of post qualifying executive experience in a bank or a financial institutions
- possess a degree in relevant field or professional qualification acceptable by the bank
- possess good analytical skills
- possess good communication skills
- be assertive
- have the ability to build up rapport with internal customers
You will be responsible for
- monitoring collection ratios
- assist in managing the impaired asset portfolio
- recommending payment of inward cheques/counter cheques with insufficient funds
- maintaining bank excess level below 10%
- developing and implementing systems and procedure to assisting in controlling and mitigating risk as and when required
- monitoring and regularization of overdraft excesses and recovery of loan arrears to control the facilities cross over to NP
- visiting the assigned branches once a year
- contributing towards operational activities of the marketing department and carryout participation in staff, branch activities
- assisting the branches in identifying early warning signals and assisting branches proactively in restructuring facilitie
