NDB Bank proudly announces the launch of its esteemed campaign, "Salli Ratin - Thagi Apen - Remittance Avurudu Wasiya," aimed at promoting and incentivizing the use of Western Union for foreign remittances. Running from 5th March to 10th April, this campaign seeks to reward customers who choose NDB as their partner for collecting or paying out Western Union (WU) transactions.

In line with the spirit of Avurudu, NDB is offering enticing rewards to eligible participants through a lottery draw at the end of the promotion period. Lucky winners stand a chance to win generous cash rewards of LKR 100,000, LKR 50,000, and LKR 25,000. Additionally, 20 lucky customers stand a chance to win Cargills gift vouchers worth LKR 2,500.

NDB's collaboration with Western Union ensures unparalleled convenience for customers, allowing them to receive money swiftly and securely via the NDB NEOS app or through a simple phone call. NDB facilitates easy access to remittances by utilising Western Union's extensive global network. This not only helps to strengthen the nation's official foreign reserves but also formalise foreign fund conduits.

The "Salli Ratin - Thagi Apen - Remittance Avurudu Wasiya" campaign follows the success of NDB's previous initiatives in promoting formal remittance channels. With a focus on enhancing customer engagement and promoting financial inclusivity, NDB remains steadfast in its commitment to empowering individuals and fostering economic growth in Sri Lanka.
