DFCC Aloka Hosts Event to Appreciate Female Police Officers of the Child and Women Bureau in Kandy

Continuing with its International Women’s Day activities, DFCC Aloka, the women-centric banking proposition from DFCC Bank, recently held a special event to show appreciation for women police officers. The event, held at the Child and Women Bureau at Kandy Police Headquarters, recognised the role of female police officers and their commitment to safeguarding our communities. 

The event was a resounding success, with active participation across several activities, including a panel discussion. Chief Inspector—Child and Women Bureau Devindi Wickramasinghe even took to DFCC Bank’s Facebook Page to express her appreciation and support for the event. 

Shera Hassan, Vice President and Head of Pinnacle Planning and Implementation, addressed the gathering and highlighted DFCC Aloka’s capacity to organise skills development workshops and training programs to enhance soft skills.
