Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing project plans in line with the project scope, time and budget.
- Project communication planning and implementation
- Keeping strict control on the project progress.
- Analyzing the root causes for deviations and taking appropriate action- to correct deviations.
- Managing project issues (both logging and tracking)
- Change management (validating and processing change requests).
- Project risk management (to execute the entire risk management process from planning to control)
Professional /Academic Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, PMP/ACP/Scrum Master Certification
- MSc in Information Technology or other Postgraduate qualification equivalent to IT Project Management
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of work experience with a proven track record in Project Management / Software Development
- Ability to drive projects independently, managing scope, budget, schedule and quality
- Hands-on experience in financial products will be an added advantage
