JUNIOR / SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATES - PERSONAL LOAN / LEASING / CREDIT CARDS (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)
The Job
Generating effective sales leads for HNB's dynamic product portfolio of Leasing, Personal Loans and Credit Cards
Requirements
- Minimum 'C' passes for English and Mathematics at the G.C.E. O/L examination
- Should have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination
- Full/part professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) would be an added advantage
- Between 22 - 30 years
- A minimum of one year experience in sales at a bank or financial institution
Competencies
- Self-motivated, organized, efficient and outgoing individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet relevant deadlines in achieving sales targets
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients
- Willingness to visit customers and canvass business
- A good command of English language, both written and spoken is necessary
