Walk In Interview | Solo Support Associate (Fixed Term Contract)
The Job
To acquire and activate individual customers on SOLO. (SOLO by HNB is a digital wallet which is the single solution for all payment requirements of consumers)
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination - Minimum of three "Simple" passes
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination with "Credit" passes for Mathematics and English
- Full/part professional qualification in Marketing (Professional/Academic qualification) would be an added advantage
Competencies
- A good command of the English language, both written and spoken is essential.
- Experience in selling similar digital products will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, organised, efficient and outgoing individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet relevant targets.
- Willingness to travel and maintain business relationships with individuals and corporates.
- Build healthy relationships and work closely with all supporting units.
- Impressive communication and customer service skills.
- Tech savvy and sound understanding on digital wallets and potential market segments will be an added advantage.
