You should ideally;
- posses 3-4 years in a similar role
- Posses a Degree in relevant area PMI PMP / PMI PBA (preferred)
- have the ability to capture the current state of the customer businesses and map out processes to implement solutions meeting stakeholder needs
- posses strong business analysis skills and posses flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats
- have the ability to facilitate and coordinate meetings in an effective manner
- have the ability to lead several projects small to medium scale projects at once
- have Customer-centric mindset and good communication skills
- gather, clarify, prioritize requirements and document for proposed solution meeting stakeholder needs
- translates current state into business requirements including industry best practices
- produce clear, concise, written requirements for stakeholders
- act as project manager for small to medium scale projects
- ensure scope and delivery targets are met for projects
- work with stakeholders during the requirements/scoping stage and testing phases
- keep stakeholders appraised of project risk and mitigating strategies
- coordinate and facilitate all activity within the project to ensure successful delivery of
