You should ideally;
- possess a degree in an acceptable field of study or professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- possess more than 10 Years experiences in marketing and relationship building including over 7 years experience in Economic development, value chain development and financing or relevant field
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- have excellent language skills and presentation skills
- Possess knowledge in Value chain development, value chain financing, Agri Business, emerging industry trends in MSME and Agri Business, undertaking market research and business intelligence applications and the knowledge of evaluating credit risk
You will be responsible for,
- maintaining the relationship with existing value chain partners to achieve the overall business objectives
- introducing new value chain partners to ensure continuous scaling up of business
- maintaining the relationship with already established Government, Not for profit and Private institutions
- establishing new external relationship with Government, Not for profit and Private institutions
- designing and following up of Referral Programme across the Bank to engage bank staff at all levels to introduce new value chain partners and institutional relationship which are important to the MSME business
- maintain positive professional relationships with value chain partners and external institutions
- monitor both asset and liability growth of the department to ensure set KPIs are being met
- train MSME officers and help improve their skill
