EXECUTIVE – TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT – HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

You should ideally;

  • posses approximately 6-8 years of proven experience in a Training & Development role preferably in a Bank or a financial institution.
  • possess a full or a part qualification in Human Resources Management/Training & Development or a relevant field.
  • possess track record in designing & executing successful training programs.
  • possess familiarity with traditional & modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on the job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
  • possess excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to plan, multitask with good time management skills.
  • possess good computer skills.
You will be responsible for,

  • delivering and organizing in-house training programmes
  • ensuring the improvement of service standards of branches
  • developing & organizing soft skills & leadership programmes
  • developing strategies to meet the development of the sales force
  • developing & maintaining relevant databases
  • coordinating foreign training programmes & staff business travel
