You should ideally;
- posses approximately 6-8 years of proven experience in a Training & Development role preferably in a Bank or a financial institution.
- possess a full or a part qualification in Human Resources Management/Training & Development or a relevant field.
- possess track record in designing & executing successful training programs.
- possess familiarity with traditional & modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on the job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
- possess excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to plan, multitask with good time management skills.
- possess good computer skills.
You will be responsible for,
- delivering and organizing in-house training programmes
- ensuring the improvement of service standards of branches
- developing & organizing soft skills & leadership programmes
- developing strategies to meet the development of the sales force
- developing & maintaining relevant databases
- coordinating foreign training programmes & staff business travel
