You should ideally;
- possess at least 2- 4 years experience in a related function in a Bank or Financial Institution
- who has managed merchant / customer relationships.
- possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- have strong negotiation skills
- be able to foster and maintain strong customer relationships
- have a positive, service oriented attitude
You will be mainly responsible for;
- building partnerships with merchants and negotiating best offers in the market
- implementing targeted offers to increase spend across different products and segments
- implementing card activation and engagement activities to increase spend and card portfolio balance
