PINNACLE RELATIONSHIP OFFICER – NAWALA BRANCH PINNACLE CENTRE

You should ideally;

  • have passed the GCE O/L with credit passes for English and Mathematics and 3 passes at GCE A/L (excluding General English)
  • possess part / full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
  • possess approximately 06 years’ of experience in branch banking with exposure to handling high net-worth clients
  • possess a pleasing, confident and outgoing personality
  • have a strong sales and customer service mindset
  • have good communication & interpersonal skills
  • have a good knowledge on the products and services offered by a Bank
You will be mainly responsible for;

  • identifying client needs, managing interactions with existing and potential customers; whilst introducing new relationships to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • maximizing long term revenue opportunities for Pinnacle Clientele and growing branch portfolio to achieve branch targets and increase profitability
