- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand Activation, visibility and awareness across various channels and touch points
- Plan, execute, and monitor BTL marketing campaigns to effectively target and engage our audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of brand visibility initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand exposure and engagement
- Manage and optimize the budget allocated for brand visibility and BTL marketing activities
- Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and manage outdoor property renewals and vendor agreements
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand visibility initiatives and campaigns, providing timely reports and recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in brand visibility and BTL communication, implementing innovative ideas to drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field
- Possess 8 years’ experience (preferably in financial services) in brand management, marketing, or advertising, with a focus on brand visibility and BTL communication
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a creative mindset to develop innovative campaigns
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
