TRADE CUSTOMER SERVICING OFFICER – TRADE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

You should ideally;

  • possess at least 6 years of experience in banking
  • possess a minimum of three years of trade finance experience covering Imports, Exports, Remittances and Guarantee 
  • processing etc
  • possess full/part qualification in Banking or equivalent academic/professional qualifications
  • be able to multitask and work within Service Level Agreements
  • be customer-centric
You will be responsible for ;

  • liasing and communicating with trade finance customers of Corporate Banking
  • processing and handling trade applications of Corporate Banking customers and Initial screening of applicationscoordination of approvals for deviations related to trade transactions
  • follow-up and coordination with Trade Processing Team, Corporate Banking customers and Relationship Managers and Officers. 
  • handling of documents of OTTs/inward remittances
  • coordination/completion of mandatory conversion of ITT proceeds
