You should ideally;
- possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- have proven experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- be familiar with market trends, consumer behavior and regulatory landscape
You will be responsible for,
- developing & executing strategic plans for Salary Plus & Salary Partner products.
- product development and enhancement
- market analysis
- financial management
- cross-functional collaboration
- customer experience enhancement
- regulatory compliance
- performance monitoring and reporting
