You should ideally;
- Have passed the GCE O/L examination with credit passes for English and Mathematics and 3 passes at GCE A/L (excluding General English)
- possess part / full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- possess approximately 06 to 08 years’ of experience in branch banking
- have a fair knowledge on the products and services offered by the Bank
- possess experience in credit management and the ability to analyze financial statements
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
- possess the ability to process information accurately whilst meeting deadlines
You will be responsible for,
- overall evaluation of facilities and appraisal quality
- to assist Regional Manager in formulating regional business plan, budget and marketing plan with objectives and key action
- monitoring strategy implementation and performance at branch level
- to assist Regional Manager in identifying areas needing improvements at each branch and proposing steps to address these gaps.
