You should ideally;
- possess at least 4 years experience in a Bank/ Financial Institution with exposure to SME/Credit/ Banking Operations
- have a fair knowledge on the products and services offered by the Bank
- possess a part qualification in Banking will be an added advantage
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
- possess know how of using Google Sheets/ Excel and other applications
- have a flair for excellent customer service
You will be mainly responsible for;
- Assisting the SME unit in order to achieve the set targets
- Being responsible in growing the business banking proposition base
- Creating opportunities to cross sell other products of the bank to generate other income
- Management information reporting/ monitoring
- Organizing/ coordinating training sessions, customer events and collaborations with Service Business Partners as and when required
