PANEL OFFICER (OUTSOURCED)

Job Role

The job objective is to excel as a Panel Officer - (Offsite ATM Monitoring) in the bank, to ensure smooth and secure operations of ATM machines located by monitoring their performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring cash availability, and responding in order to maintain a high level of customer service and to prevent disruptions in ATM services.

Qualifications

Age between 18-25

Passed GCE O/L (minimum C pass for English and Mathematics in one sitting) and GCE A/L (minimum three Simple passes)

Proficiency in computer operations including the ability to navigate CCTV monitoring software and systems efficiently

Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage
