SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – CORPORATE BANKING

You should ideally;

  • possess a minimum of 8- 10 years in Corporate Banking
  • possess a degree in a relevant field or a full professional qualification in the accounting/ banking field from a recognized institution 
  • possess the ability to build, maintain and enhance customer relationships, identify and develop new business opportunities and close out business transactions
  • possess very good negotiation and communicating skills
  • Possess the ability to analyze financial statements, have an awareness of the macro business and economic environment
  • Be a team player
You will be responsible for,

  • managing a complex corporate customer portfolio. Prior experience in managing a non bank financial institution (NBFI) portfolio will be an added advantage.
  • expanding and managing the customer portfolio with a view to promoting products and enhancing revenue
  • structuring credit facilities and providing tailor made solutions to customers
  • evaluating and recommending financial proposals for internal approvals
  • monitoring and follow up of the corporate portfolio
  • ensuring all internal and external rules and regulations are complied with
  • maintaining and improving the quality of the portfolio
