Position- Head of Digital Banking
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Digital Banking.
Position Overview:
As the Head of Digital Banking, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies for our digital banking business, including cards and digital platforms like Upay. Your responsibilities will encompass driving growth, ensuring scalability, and contributing to the overall strategic decision-making of the organization. We are looking for an individual with a unique blend of marketing skills, product knowledge, and a keen understanding of the evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the digital banking business.
- Drive transformative changes in the digital landscape of the bank.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Leverage marketing skills to enhance the visibility and success of digital banking products.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of business and business development principles.
- Utilize financial knowledge to understand and impact the financial aspects of the business.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- 8 to 10 years of managerial experience in customer handling and problem-solving.
- Exposure to digital banking/app markets and understanding of industry trends.
- Product knowledge and business development skills.
- Qualification from the IBSL (added advantage).
- IT literacy and analytical knowledge.
