ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR OPERATIONS – HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

You should ideally;

  • possess a degree or a full professional qualification in HR or a related field
  • possess overall 6 – 8 years of experience in the field of HR out of which approximately 2 years in a supervisory role handling HR operations
  • possess hands-on experience in HRIS solutions
  • possess excellent analytical and decision making skills
  • possess a thorough knowledge in MS office suite including MS Excel
  • have good communication skills
  • have excellent team working and leadership skills
You will be responsible for,

  • driving the performance management process of the Bank
  • implementing the promotions policy of the Bank
  • carrying out internal controls of the operations unit and reporting
  • supporting Assistant Vice President – HR Operations to complete the ongoing HRIS module implementation and manage the day to today operations of the unit
