ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER – INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY DEPARTMENT

You should ideally;

  • possess a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a full professional qualification in IT acceptable to the Bank.
  • qualification in PMP, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer and CISSP or CISA, CISM would be a definite advantage
  • possess a minimum of 4+ years experience in IT in the domain of Banking / Finance with exposure to information security projects such PCI-DSS, ISO 27001:2013, Implementation of Data Privacy Act
  • possess good analytical and problem solving skills to ensure resolution of issues
  • possess good leadership and negotiation skills and possess an excellent knowledge in project, time, capacity and resource management
  • possess good communication, business stakeholder collaboration, team and partner management skills
You will be responsible for;

  • manage the Banks information security related projects various stages of the project implementation cycle liaising with information security teams, business functions and application owners
  • delivery of projects with defined scope, timelines and costs whilst managing project risks and identify, understand, negotiate and document business requirements with various groups
  • manage the delivery of business cases, project scope and requirements documents, test plans, and rollout communications and develop schedules and project plans to ensure timely completion to the project deadlines, including identification of scope changes, critical path items, dependencies
  • adherence to Business SLAs, KPIs, Project deliverable within timelines and budgets
  • Based on business, projects and Information security operational requirement need to be available during off peak hours and weekend ( Not very frequent but there can be few days for one in two weeks approximately/Indicatively subject to change based on circumstances )
  • vendor, partner, regulatory and solution provider interaction and managing them to drive the defined projects, deliverables, reports and agreed outcomes with timely communications and follow-ups
  • -maintaining, achieving, complying and supporting audits and assessment of the information security projects.
  • continuous monitoring, prioritizing and providing status update of the projects through reporting , presentation and dashboard to stakeholders and committees.
  • willing to learn and understand new technologies, security frameworks and regulatory related circulations of the projects in order to develop the user guidelines, baseline and assessment reports.
Act as a team member for Business critical projects from security aspects ensuring compliance to base level standards
