RPA and Process Automation Developer (Fixed Term Contract)
Job role
The RPA Developer is responsible for the development and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation and Process Automation initiatives using other tools to achieve mid to long term organizational priorities resulting in improved customer experience and operational efficiencies at the Bank.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Assist Head of Process Excellence and Head of Project Delivery and Portfolio Management in identifying automation opportunities, creating project backlogs, and building implementation roadmaps through effective planning and resource management.
- Develop RPA and process automation solutions as per the agreed implementation roadmap, implement best-in-class development frameworks, identify integration opportunities, and deliver holistic solutions to business teams.
- Reinforce process controls by conducting technical audits and solution walkthrough and introduce best practices in RPA development models and to manage dashboards for real-time decision-making.
- The role involves in providing technical support for RPAs and process automation solutions, resolving issues, and continuously support in maintaining automated processes for continuous business operations and increase staff satisfaction.
- Reinforce process automation and RPA governance with proactive feedback and consultation
Qualifications
- A Bachelor or a Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Certified RPA developer certification for Automation Anywhere, Power Automate. Certification in UI Path will be an added advantage.
- An MBA, A degree in Business, Management, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics, Lean Six Sigma certifications, process improvement and Project Management qualifications will be an added advantage.
Work experience
- At least 6 years of work experience with at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of providing team leadership in the domain of Information technology, change management, process reengineering and lean management.
