You should ideally;
- possess at least 4 years experience in a Bank/ Financial Institutions
- have a fair knowledge on the products and services offered by the Bank
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
- have a flair for excellent customer service
- exposure to bancassurance will be an added advantage
- possess a part qualification in Banking will be an added advantage
- possess knowledge in MS Excel & Analytics
- be willing to travel to visit the branch network as and when required
Your responsibilities are as follows ;
- assisting the unit head for the growth of bancassurance life business in order to achieve the ANP (Annual Net Premium) & Fee income targets
- monitoring of lead generation of branches
- maintaining Life Insurance master file & MI Reporting & Monitoring
- monitoring of lapsed & Due report & assisting with AIA collection account reconciliation
- monitoring and following up on monthly accruals of life insurance income
- maintaining up to date records & timely delivery of management reports & Board papers
- following up commission income, Reconciling & Distributing
- organising/coordinating meetings , training , campaigns , promotions , awards ceremonies etc..
- monitoring of branch FPE’s (Financial Planning Executive)
- being responsible for process improvements
