You should ideally;
- possess a part qualification in Technology / Management / IT will be an added advantage
- have exposure to Project Management, Digital Banking & Finetech environments
- possess a fair understanding on multi-channel interaction management related technologies and business practices
- have the ability to work in cross functional teams
- be able to work in an agile environment
- be flexible with working hours based on business needs
- have exposure in growing digital products and adoption among intended users
- be able to multitask and work efficiently to achieve deadlines
- have good communication & interpersonal skills
- be a lifelong learner
Your responsibilities are as follows ;
- assisting in Product Management & implementation of the Digital banking initiatives of the bank
- managing or supporting end to end projects to deliver strategic objectives, customer support/ user acceptance testing
- coordination with internal and external stakeholders to implement projects and activities assigned
- assisting in developing required strategy/ business plans for assigned products
