You should ideally;
- possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA or AIB (part qualifications may be considered)
- possess at least 8 years of executive level experience in Branch Banking (exposure to business lending and international operations will be an added advantage)
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- have excellent leadership and people management skills
You will oversee the operational, credit and relationship management functions of the branch. You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to achieve results, a business focused mind set, comprehensive knowledge of the local economy, build a sound client base and maintain excellent relationships with clients and employees.
