You should ideally;
- possess 6+ years experience in relevant field
- possess knowledge of branch operations, propositions, digital banking channels, asset and liability products, debit and credit cards.
- possess the ability to strategize, make quick and effective decisions, and communicate effectively with all internal and external parties.
- possess a relevant discipline, preferably with a suitable professional qualification in marketing.
- possess the ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and expeditiously.
You will be responsible for;
- product development and management.
- achieve card acquisition, spend, income, cost, profitability and attrition targets.
- set and monitor financial performance metrics.
- set pricing strategies based on cost analysis, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
- work closely with branches, product and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
- work with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of products into digital platforms.
- ensure cardholder lifecycle management initiatives are implemented on a timely basis.
