- To maintain NPL ratio below Required level
- To maintain a NII margin
- To identify and capture new customers and cross selling opportunities for Leasing with alternate strategies to increase portfolio
- To guide Branches and officer assigned to acquire new customers on leasing facilities
- To deal Closely with Business development unit and branch Managers to organize promotional campaigns to develop the product and to create awareness for assigned branches
- To ensure high portfolio quality by prudent credit assessments and evaluations
- To support to create a knowledge sharing culture within the department
- Possess full / part qualifications in Banking and Finance or an equivalent professional qualification
- Possess minimum 2-4 years’ of experience in Leasing
- Possess excellent presentation and problem solving skills
- Possess good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent skills in financial and analytical skills
- Should possess a minimum rating of “Meets Expectation” for the last performance year
- Should not have disciplinary inquiry under investigation
